This is a beginners to intermediate pottery class
Classes meet each Tuesday at 6pm for eight weeks.
Students get 25 pounds of clay use of studio tools, firing costs and glazes are included
Beginners will learn how the cent clay and throw basic objects such as cylinders and and bowls and will advance at their own pace
Weeks 1-7 we will be building, in week 7, while your piece’s are being bisque fired we will show you different methods of glazing and glaze a complimentary sample pieces.
Week 8 you will glaze your pieces.
Each week you are welcome to enjoy up to 4 additional hours of Open Studio time
You can purchase additional clay if needed firing cost will be included in the cost of the clay.
